Job Description:

As a Spa Therapist at Steenberg Hotel and Spa, you will be responsible for providing professional spa treatments and services to our guests. Your primary duties will include:

- Conducting spa consultations to identify guests’ needs and preferences.
- Performing a variety of massage and body treatments, including but not limited to Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, facials, and body wraps.
- Upholding the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the spa area.
- Recommending and promoting spa products and services to guests.
- Maintaining accurate records of treatments administered.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction by delivering personalized and exceptional service.
- Collaborating with the team to create a peaceful and welcoming spa environment.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and continuously enhancing your skills.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort spa.
- Recognized certification or diploma in Massage Therapy or Spa Treatments.
- Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and spa treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to create a positive guest experience.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
