As a Spa Therapist at Mount Nelson, A Belmond Hotel, you will have the opportunity to elevate the guest experience by providing immersive, therapeutic, and ambient services that promote relaxation and tranquility. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and products to guests, while also developing your skills and knowledge in the luxury spa industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a range of spa treatments and therapies to guests, including massages, facials, body treatments, and other specialized luxury services, using various techniques and products.
  • Conduct consultations with guests to understand their specific requirements and preferences, while providing recommendations on appropriate treatments to ensure a personalized, comfortable, and safe experience.
  • Prepare treatment rooms before each guest appointment to ensure the room is clean, organized, and adequately stocked with supplies, linens, and equipment, creating a serene and inviting ambiance for guests.
  • Assist in managing guest appointments when necessary.
  • Assist guests and provide knowledge on products, skincare, and wellness practices to enhance the experience.
Requirements:
  • Ability to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, communicate effectively with guests, and provide personalized attention to meet their individual needs and preferences.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and protocols related to spa services.
  • High level of professionalism and ethics, ability to adhere to professional standards, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate ethical conduct in interactions with guests.
