The Job:

- Matric.
- Degree or Diploma in Financial Management / Accounting.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Automotive experience, a strong advantage.

Key Performance areas:
Report to the Finance Controller:

- Creditors:

- Prepare credit applications.

- Reconcile creditors balance to creditors statements.

- Prepare and submit creditors payments.

- Submit information to the general ledger for relevant accruals.
- Prepare ledger balances and an initial trial balance for audits and year-end processes.
- Load weekly bank transfers (creditors and wages).
- Cash Management - share weekly payment forecast for cash forecast
- Co-ordinate meetings, minor events and travel arrangements.
