  • Degree or Diploma in Financial Management / Accounting.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Automotive experience, a strong advantage.
Key Performance areas:
Report to the Finance Controller:
  • Creditors:
    • Prepare credit applications.
    • Reconcile creditors balance to creditors statements.
    • Prepare and submit creditors payments.
  • Submit information to the general ledger for relevant accruals.
  • Prepare ledger balances and an initial trial balance for audits and year-end processes.
  • Load weekly bank transfers (creditors and wages).
  • Cash Management - share weekly payment forecast for cash forecast
  • Co-ordinate meetings, minor events and travel arrangements.
