Job Title: HubSpot Onboarding Consultant / Trainer
Type: Freelance, Fully Remote (South Africa Based)
Hourly Rate: R220

About the Role:
We’re a Diamond HubSpot Partner recognized for delivering top-tier HubSpot consultation and onboarding services. We're on the lookout for passionate individuals who can share their knowledge and enthusiasm for HubSpot with our clients. As a HubSpot Onboarding Consultant, you’ll collaborate closely with our Head of HubSpot Onboarding and inbound team to guide customers through a smooth transition to the HubSpot platform, ensuring they achieve their marketing and sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver HubSpot consultation and training to both new and existing clients using our objective-based onboarding process.

- Customize onboarding plans and create training materials to help clients fully leverage the HubSpot platform.

- Assist with hands-on HubSpot setup, including CRM configuration, marketing tools, sales automation, and reporting, if experienced.

- Troubleshoot client questions and offer resourceful solutions.

- Follow up with clients by providing consultation summaries and answering any outstanding questions.

- Stay up-to-date with HubSpot developments and work towards full certification as a HubSpot trainer.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience:3-5 years working with HubSpot for a client, agency, or in-house.

- Skills: Confident communicator, good at explaining technical concepts in a user-friendly manner, and resourceful in problem-solving.

- Passion: Enthusiasm for digital marketing and HubSpot.

- Bonus Skills: Experience with other software tools like WordPress, Mailchimp, Salesforce, or Hootsuite.
