Requirements:

- Relevant Accounting Degree or diploma - Accounting Technician qualification preferred.
- A good understanding of accounting principles.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in a similar role or accounting position.
- Experience working as a Sage Consultant highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of business practices and financial reporting.
- Occasional travel to clients within the Eastern Cape.
- Valid drivers license and own vehicle essential.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure the full implementation of Sage system software including installation, setup and support, ensuring optimal use of the software based on client requirements.
- Client Consultation, assessing client business needs and requirements to recommend and offer suitable tailored Sage solutions, adding value to the clients business processes.
- Provide on-going support and troubleshooting for clients, ensuring smooth operations and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage training and development sessions to ensure clients are fully equipped to operate their Sage systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Continuously identify opportunities for improvement within clients' systems, to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
