Key Responsibilities - Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) - Support in managing and updating website content, social media posts, and marketing assets - Coordinate content creation (copy, images, videos) and maintain brand consistency across all materials - Help compile campaign performance reports and track key marketing metrics - Manage internal requests for marketing materials, templates, or social media content - Assist with email campaigns, newsletters, and basic CRM data management - Liaise with external vendors and agencies when needed (creative, digital, print) - Conduct competitor research and market analysis as requested - Help maintain the marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of tasks - Provide general administrative support to the marketing team Requirements - Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent written and verbal communication (English; Afrikaans a plus) - Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools - Basic understanding of Google Ads, SEO, and digital marketing principles - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting - Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) - Experience with WordPress, HubSpot, or CRM systems - Understanding of paid-media metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rate) - Graphic design or video-editing experience (Canva, CapCut, etc.) - Familiarity with South African consumer finance or service-based marketing Consultant: Angie Botes - Dante Personnel Greenstone Apply via our website www.dantesa.co.za If you do not hear from us within 5 days, please accept that your application was unsuccessful
