We are looking for a detailoriented Admin Clerk to support our administrative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records processing paperwork and ensuring that daily office operations run smoothly. Tasks Key Responsibilities: Process organize and file documents (both digital and paperbased). Input and maintain accurate data in company databases. Assist with invoicing processing orders and other clerical tasks. Respond to emails phone calls and other forms of communication. Prepare reports presentations and summaries as required. Maintain a wellorganized filing system. Perform other general administrative duties as assigned. Requirements Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint). Good written and verbal communication skills.
