Truck Workshop Parts Ordering Assistant & PA
Located in Bredell, Kempton Park
- Assist Workshop Manager with day-to day operations, sourcing of Truck, Trailer and yellow machine parts.
- Writing of orders, and linking invoicing to orders with other admin.
- Service and repair parts inventory monitoring and replenishing
- Service schedule update and reminders on excel sheets
- Other service and campaign sheet updating in excel.
- Further Duties to be discussed in Interview
Experience & Qualifications:
- Basic Technical knowledge on Trucks, Trailers, yellow machines and Cars
- No Official Qualification needed, but would be an advantage
- Fluent in English
- Communication skills to build relationships with suppliers, and negotiate pricing.
- Basic Computer Skills specifically Excel with basic formulas, Outlook, etc.
- Attention to detail, to work at a VERY Fast pace, and keep track of multiple tasks and Requests.
- Hours 7am-5pm be willing to work some Saturdays, and overtime if needed.
- Must have valid drivers license.
- Own transport to and from work needed.
