- Total Guaranteed Cost to Company (TGCOE): R90,000 per month
- Cell Phone Allowance: R1,500 per month
- Car Allowance: R6,500 per month
- Petrol Card
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
- Manage and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Work closely with production and operational teams to align customer requirements with manufacturing capabilities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, market intelligence, and performance reporting to the General Manager. Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience in a Sales Manager role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.
- Must be currently residing in Durban. Additional Requirements
- Senior-level candidate with the maturity and experience required to engage at executive level.
- Age: 35 years and older.
- Must be able to travel locally and nationally when required.
