Storeroom Supervisor

Experience that is required:
* Inventory Management
- Capture ordered materials / components etc. in Pastel Partner with goods received note and ensure the correct order has been received
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including stock counts, deliveries and returns
- Implement effiecient stock rotation and optimize shelf space
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepincy and ensure compliance wijth inventory control procedures
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delvery of merchandise and resolve any issues related to stock avbsailability or quality
- Maintain mimimum and max stock levels of parts, consumables components tec.
- Following up on a weekly basis outstanding purche orders and updating feedback
* Staff Supervision
- Train and motivate personnel to provide exceptional service and achieve targets
- Conduct performance evilations and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development and growth within the company
- Address and report any disciplinary issues or conflicts among staff members in accordance with coampny policies and procedures
* Assisting production Manager
- Assisting production manager with prodfuction processes and orders
- Assisting with ad hoc admin duties
- supervision over staff in the production team
* health & safety
- Knowledge of the occupational health & safety act
- Purchasing of PPE equipment and keeping record of items bought and distributued
* Computer Lietarcy
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
- sages - Pastel Partner
* Must be bilingual in English & Afrikaans

Requirements:
* Must have a valid driver's license
* 3 Years stock control warehouse and store management experience
* Skills and knowledge will be tested in interview
