Job Title: Storeroom Supervisor - Inventory Control Specialist

Job Summary:
Pro Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Storeroom Supervisor - Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse and store management team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, implementing efficient stock rotation, and optimizing shelf space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels, including stock counts, deliveries, and returns
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise and resolve any issues related to stock availability or quality
  • Train and motivate personnel to provide exceptional service and achieve targets
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development and growth within the company
  • Assist production manager with production processes and orders
  • Promote a culture of health and safety in the workplace, adhering to occupational health and safety regulations
  • Ensure accurate and efficient use of computer systems, including MS Office and Pastel Partner


Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in stock control, warehouse, and store management
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must be bilingual in English and Afrikaans
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
