Key Responsibilities:

- Implement water conservation strategies and projects.
- Manage and supervise a team of technicians to ensure efficient task execution.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with goals and deadlines.
- Conduct site inspections to identify areas for improvement in conservation efforts.
- Collaborate with departments and stakeholders for seamless project delivery.
- Provide technical support and training to team members as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports for management.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Valid South African Drivers License
- South African citizen or holder of a valid work permit
- National Diploma (NDip) in Civil Engineering, Water Management, or a related field
- Registered as a Candidate with ECSA
- Over 3 years of experience in municipal water projects, including water demand, conservation, metering, and distribution
- Proven experience in managing teams and overseeing technical projects
- Strong understanding of water conservation principles and practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
