Portfolio Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Manager to join our team at Times Squared Marketing Ltd t/a Just Property Atlantic Seaboard. As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for the management of properties, financial management, and other key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Property inspections (interim and exit inspections)
  • Arranging property maintenance with clients
  • Loading and management of deals on Payprop
  • Negotiating renewal contracts between clients
  • Vetting and approval/rejection of agents new rental deals
  • Monitoring and management of clients financials, including following up on arrears
  • Issuing of breach notices and assisting attorneys/clients with the eviction and debt collection process
Requirements:
  • Own reliable car and valid drivers license
  • NQF4 qualification would be advantageous/preferred
  • Some experience in the Property Rental industry or a track record in another industry would be advantageous/preferred
  • Vast experience in using of the Payprop system
  • Experience using the Redrabbit system would be advantageous/preferred
  • Great attention to detail and experience in MS Office
  • Well spoken and presentable

We will provide you with a laptop, cellphone and various facilities (desk, telephone and printer systems, etc.) to operate with at the office.
