Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Stonebridge HR Solutions. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Administration: Provide administrative support to our clients and staff, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Reception Duties: Greet clients and visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Switchboard Operations: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls as needed.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, staff, and external partners.
- Transportation: Use your own vehicle to transport clients and staff as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: Matric certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both Afrikaans and English.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
