ROLE: BASED IN CENTURION

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual individual, fluent in Afrikaans and English, to join our team as a Reception and Admin Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative support to the Finance Department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • To contribute to the business's vision by inspiring and leading by example, fostering a positive work environment.
  • To work closely with the Finance Department to monitor losses and minimize unnecessary expenses, promoting cost-effective management and efficient equipment operation.
  • Responsible for maintaining the reception area and performing receptionist duties, as well as carrying out general administration and credit control tasks.
  • Act as a personal assistant to the General Manager, providing support and coordination.
  • To develop and implement creative marketing strategies for future growth.
  • Effective communication with members, residents, and the committee to promote the business's services.
  • To promote the business to its members and guests as a service-oriented operation through regular interaction.
