Key Responsibilities:
  • Adapt and deploy rules and standards within the area of competency, ensuring compliance with Company policy, legal, and Labor law-related obligations.
  • Manage and implement one or more tools, programs, or processes in the domain, such as steering remuneration campaigns and reviewing Non-Routine work (NRs).
  • Conduct studies and participate in business projects by choosing methods, surveys, and service providers.
  • Evaluate compliance with rules, methods, tools, and processes in the domain, adhering to standards and legal requirements.
  • Support domain or entity objectives, focusing on quality of service, cost, and progress.
  • Train and provide necessary support for actors in the domain, including recruitment, learning & development, talent management, reward & recognition, employee wellness, engagement, leave management, and international mobility.
  • Oversee payroll processes, managing queries, engaging with providers, and reporting on various metrics.
  • Spearhead ad-hoc SP-related projects as driven by the region and/or group.
Acting as PDP:
  • Partner with business units to deliver on SP topics, fostering strong relationships.
  • Advise employees on their professional path and competency development, providing proactive support.
  • Manage succession pools and plans, ensuring critical jobs and positions are staffed efficiently.
  • Enhance managerial quality among leaders through coaching and guidance.
  • Guarantee internal professional mobility and respect personnel policies and external regulations.
  • Provide recourse processes for employees, handling cases fairly and confidentially.
