Debtors Clerk Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Debtors Clerk to join our team at NM Staffing Solutions (Pty)Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all payments received and determine which accounts are overdue.
  • Ensure a tidy and organized filing system for all debtors administration.
  • Assist in creating and updating filing systems for all debtors administration.
  • Process invoices and credit notes.
  • Send client statements.
  • Allocate transactions and account payments on Pastel.
  • Investigate unauthorized deductions made on accounts.
Requirements:
  • Matric or equivalent to NQF4.
  • 3 years of relevant debtors experience.
  • Qualification or diploma in bookkeeping or finance will be advantageous.
  • Excellent VAT knowledge.
  • Excellent administration ability.
  • Time Management.
  • Work Ethics.
