About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts safely and efficiently, transferring raw materials to blending tanks, and recording relevant information as requested on Daily Production Instruction (DPI).

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to transport raw materials and finished goods
  • Transfer raw materials to blending tanks and record relevant information on DPI
  • Perform daily forklift inspections and drive forklift as required
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Strive towards zero harm and adhere to all safety protocols
Requirements
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Minimum of 2 years related work or chemical plant experience
  • Knowledge of SHE principles
  • Forklift License
  • Understanding and knowledge of MS Office and fully computer literate
