**Job Purpose:**

We are looking for an experienced production supervisor to lead the laser and bending department, ensuring efficient operations and meeting production targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • To ensure the laser and bending department effectively carries out tasks, meeting production deadlines and quality standards.
  • Perform additional related duties as requested and required.
  • Perform work according to work instructions.
  • Work closely with factory staff and management to achieve production goals.
  • Contribute to team effort and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

**Requirements:**

  • Matric certificate.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a supervisor in a steel service center environment.
  • Experience working with laser and bending machines.
  • Knowledge of expediting processes.
  • Able to read assembly drawings.
  • Health and Safety experience is beneficial.
  • Must be able to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to work accurately under pressure.
  • Must be able to work extended hours on occasions when required.
  • Must have own reliable transport.
