Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior Project Managers in planning and executing projects and campaigns
  • Create tasks and implement them within given time frames
  • Manage timelines, create GANT charts, and production schedules for stakeholders
  • Update project management tool with tasks and documents

Qualifications and Skills:

  • National Diploma, Higher Certificate, or Bachelor Degree in a relevant field
  • At least 3+ years of experience in project management
  • Industry experience in marketing, advertising, consulting, or technology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel and Google Slides/Presentation
  • Native English speaker (other European languages a plus)
