Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in Western Cape. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing new business opportunities, optimizing customer service, and formulating account reviews and plans.
About the Role:
- Identify and implement new business opportunities that align with company goals
- Optimize customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Formulate account reviews and plans to drive business growth and expansion
- Manage and optimize accounts to maximize revenue and profitability
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
Requirements:
- Matric and completed 3-year sales/marketing qualification
- 2 years relevant FMCG experience in a sales/marketing environment
- Experienced driver with a code 08 drivers license
- Computer literate or potential to acquire
- Sales/Retail/Business Development jobs
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of approximately R250,000 - R300,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location, plus benefits such as medical aid, retirement fund, and annual leave.
