  • Provide ongoing support and training to customers on product usage and maintenance
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Report regularly on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technical sales role
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex products and solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
