Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers across various industries
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the right products are recommended and implemented
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts
- Achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
- Provide ongoing support and training to customers on product usage and maintenance
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
- Report regularly on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technical sales role
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex products and solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
