We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Specialist to join our team at E2E Staffing (PTY) LTD. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating engaging digital content that drives brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a next-level digital strategy for integrated media campaigns, working closely with the Marketing Manager.
  • Conceptualise, develop, schedule, and monitor digital and social media campaigns across various media platforms for our group companies.
  • Improve brand awareness on all media platforms, including digital and print, by creating and curating high-quality content.
  • Maintain, update, and refresh website content across all company websites, online directories, and portals.
  • Develop SEO-optimised content and ensure best practices across all digital platforms.
  • Manage paid digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, display, and social advertising strategies across all digital platforms.
  • Keep the online media library up to date and monitor the impact and return on investment of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Stay current with the latest digital media trends and design technology available.
  • Continuously improve the customer experience through creative and innovative approaches.
  • Perform basic budgeting skills to reconcile paid digital media placements with the available budget.
Project Management
  • Assess project needs with stakeholders and design ads to meet project goals.
  • Place targeted consumer ads on social media or other digital platforms.
Self-Development
  • Identify training needs and select effective solutions to address development gaps.
  • Develop and implement a personal development plan.
