As part of this team, you will work closely with various departments, including R&D, Production, IT, and Quality Assurance across our global sites. Your expertise in process engineering will be applied to identify critical process parameters (CPPs) and develop or adapt processes to meet these requirements.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Critical Process Parameters: Identify critical process parameters (CPPs) to ensure critical-to-quality attributes (CQAs) are consistently achieved.
  • Process Development: Assist in developing or adapting processes to meet CPPs by investigating new methods, equipment, and controls and confirming suitability through experimentation.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process streamlining, standardization, and alignment with industry best practices.
  • Project Execution: Plan and execute assigned project deliverables and proactively communicate status and outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bioprocess manufacturing, with a BSc/BEng in Process/Chemical Engineering or an MSc in molecular biology/enzymology or related fields.
