Job Description

The Player Loyalty Coordinator will play a critical role in developing and executing strategic promotional campaigns to retain customers and attract new ones. This involves analyzing market trends, designing engaging promotions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Create and manage promotional campaigns that align with business objectives and enhance customer engagement.
  2. Develop innovative and personalized promotions to cater to different player segments.
  3. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution across all marketing channels.
  4. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in technical marketing, preferably in the i-gaming or casino industries.
  2. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, bulk mailing tools, and CRM systems.
  3. Experience with HTML for creating and editing email templates and landing pages.

Technical Skills

  1. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  2. Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis.

Soft Skills

  1. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  2. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
  3. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
