About the Role:
- We are looking for an individual with a strong background in UAV operations, specifically with Ground Control Stations (GCS). The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and conducting training programs, as well as hands-on experience with GCS setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, creating instructional materials, and ensuring that all technical aspects of GCS operations meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt training approaches to meet client-specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Instructor Duties:- Develop and conduct comprehensive training programs on UAV Ground Control Stations, covering operation procedures, software interfaces, telemetry systems, and communication protocols.
- Deliver engaging hands-on training sessions to educate personnel on GCS setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Create effective instructional materials such as manuals, presentations, and simulations to enhance learning outcomes.
- Perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repair tasks on UAV GCS hardware and software components.
- Ensure GCS systems are operational and compliant with performance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to address technical issues and improve GCS functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and certification outcomes.
- Prepare detailed technical reports on GCS maintenance, repairs, and operational incidents.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during training sessions and GCS maintenance activities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices related to UAV GCS operations and safety.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Aviation, Engineering, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UAV operations, with specific expertise in Ground Control Stations.
- Proficiency in using simulation software and other training aids for UAS instruction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information effectively.
