  • Site Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers on site, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Quality Control and Safety: Oversee quality control and safety procedures on site, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Train and mentor workers to improve their skills and performance, and provide guidance and support to ensure the success of the project.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
  • Education: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction supervision.
  • Skills: Solid understanding of construction processes and techniques, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications, knowledge of building codes and regulations.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: R20,000 - R25,000 per month.
