We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Engineer - Automation to join our team at HR Genie. As a key member of our Feature Teams, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality products to our Product Owners.
Your primary responsibility will be to participate in the development and execution of automation testing strategies for our mobile applications. This will involve working closely with our development teams to identify and prioritize testing activities, as well as collaborating with our QA teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automation testing frameworks for Android and iOS mobile applications.
- Develop and execute automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing activities.
- Provide feedback and recommendations on QA practices and risks.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of automation testing principles and practices.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Java.
- Knowledge of mobile application testing and automation tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
