The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for VIP Chinese-speaking guests, delivering outstanding customer service tailored to their needs. This includes arranging personalized experiences, such as reservations, luxury travel, and exclusive events.

• Arrange personalized experiences, including reservations, luxury travel, and exclusive events
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with high-profile clients
• Respect and accommodate cultural preferences to create seamless, memorable experiences
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless service delivery
• Attend VIP events, offering hands-on support to guarantee impeccable execution
• Stay informed on luxury lifestyle trends to anticipate and exceed client expectations
• Handle client requests, concerns, and inquiries with professionalism and discretion

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written)
• Experience in VIP services, hospitality, or luxury industries
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Deep understanding of Chinese culture, customs, and business etiquette
• Absolute discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
