Job Description

At Emporium Human Capital, we are seeking a skilled Training Support Consultant to join our team in Somerset West.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for training and education to contribute to the success of our clients. As a Training Support Consultant, you will be responsible for creating and managing training plans, reporting on training progress, and providing system training to customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in training and education, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Accounting software packages. Excel proficiency at an intermediate level is also required.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage training plans with customers
  • Report on training progress of all customers in training
  • Work directly with clients to coordinate each training project to completion
  • Communicate process successes and failures to internal and external stakeholders to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide system training to customers
  • Offer customer support, resolve queries, recommend solutions, and guide users through system features and functionalities
  • Assist with preparing data and uploading it onto the system for new customers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in training or education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or at least 3 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Accounting software packages
  • Excel proficiency at an intermediate level
  • Customer service experience (advantageous)
