Job Title: New Vehicle Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Vehicle Sales Executive to join our team at Mototeam (Pty) Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance: Achieve maximum sales targets by selling new vehicles and meeting or exceeding sales performance metrics.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share, new vehicle sales, and profitability.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales team members, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely completion of all necessary documentation, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of automotive car sales experience at a franchise dealership.
  • Education: Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation and deal-building skills, resilience, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Evolve, and Sales Workplace.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
