Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Fashion Consultant at TFG (The Foschini Group). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and contributing to the overall success of our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent our brand as a positive ambassador, promoting our values and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Offer personalized solutions to customers, identifying their needs and preferences to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, staying up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and product offerings.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, promoting customer loyalty and driving sales growth.
  • Assist in maintaining a well-organized store environment, replenishing stock and merchandising displays to meet customer needs.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for people.
  • Results-driven and focused on achieving sales targets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A high level of attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Negotiation and selling skills, with the ability to navigate complex customer challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a sales or retail environment.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and product offerings.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
