Requirements:
  • Matriculation certificate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an office coordination or clerical capacity.
  • Prior experience in insurance branches is advantageous.
  • Client-facing experience in a service environment is beneficial.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and other office management systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Conflict management skills are advantageous for dealing with challenging clients.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn are essential.
