About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Retention Consultant to join our Personal Banking team. As a Customer Retention Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to retain and grow our personal banking customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as point of contact for customer first-call resolutions
  • Negotiate payment arrangements to retain customers
  • Develop and implement strategies to educate and rehabilitate customers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Higher Certificate or Diploma in a relevant field
  • Experience in Credit Risk and Risk & Corporate Affairs
  • 3-4 years of Inbound and Outbound contact centre experience
