Accounts/Billing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts/Billing Administrator to join our team at Curiska (Pty) Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Administer time and job database systems to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
- Prepare job costings and quotations to meet client requirements.
- Process monthly project invoicing and reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
- Manage client contracts and correspondence to build strong relationships.
- Process debtors, invoicing, and statement preparation to ensure timely payments.
- Collections and billing analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Numerate and highly organized with a high level of attention to detail.
- Initiative and confidence to work calmly under pressure.
- Effective team player with good communication skills.
- High level of proficiency in MS Excel.
- At least 10 years of experience in an office admin/accounts environment.
- Project and job costing experience is advantageous.
- MATRIC
- Driver's license
- Tertiary cost accounting, bookkeeping, or relevant business-related qualification is required.
