Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts/Billing Administrator to join our team at Curiska (Pty) Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer time and job database systems to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
  • Prepare job costings and quotations to meet client requirements.
  • Process monthly project invoicing and reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Manage client contracts and correspondence to build strong relationships.
  • Process debtors, invoicing, and statement preparation to ensure timely payments.
  • Collections and billing analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Numerate and highly organized with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Initiative and confidence to work calmly under pressure.
  • Effective team player with good communication skills.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Excel.
  • At least 10 years of experience in an office admin/accounts environment.
  • Project and job costing experience is advantageous.
Qualifications
  • MATRIC
  • Driver's license
  • Tertiary cost accounting, bookkeeping, or relevant business-related qualification is required.
