Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead civil engineering teams on multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and implement civil engineering designs, including bulk earthworks, roads, water, sewer, and stormwater design.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
  • Manage quality standards, legal and contractual aspects, commercial metrics, and client relations for projects.
Requirements:
  • Professional registration with ECSA.
  • Extensive experience in medium to large scale property and industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, including design and project management.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in leading teams and managing client relationships.
  • Proficient in the use of civil engineering software, including Civil 3D and iDAS.
