Responsibilities- Facilitate JAD sessions with internal and external resources.
- Document system and business requirements using tools like ARIS, Confluence, Visio, and Lucidchart.
- Develop technical/integration specifications using a design thinking and customer-centric approach.
- Perform integration, technical, and functional testing from source to target systems and at the database level.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to define priorities and release cycles using Agile Development and Team Collaboration.
- Create test cases in Confluence and collaborate on UAT testing with Product Owners.
- Create and execute SQL queries on MS Azure DB.
- Test Web Services (SOAP/REST) using SOAPUI.
- Map data (in and out from different vendor sources) to ensure systems alignment.
