We're seeking an enthusiastic Junior Data Analyst to join our vibrant team and work closely with our Revenue Manager to unlock new revenue opportunities.

Key Objectives:

  • Dive into data analysis to uncover insights that drive revenue strategies
  • Collaborate with our Revenue Manager to develop innovative pricing strategies
  • Create engaging reports and dashboards that showcase key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Conduct competitor analysis to spot trends and opportunities for growth
  • Assist with various data projects that influence strategic decisions across our properties

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field
  • 1-2 years experience in data analysis (experience in finance or hospitality is a bonus)
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SQL or similar tools
  • Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau or Power BI) is advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills – able to simplify complex data insights
  • A proactive approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
