The successful candidate will also assist in managing new hotel opening processes, including lead generation, order entry, and collaboration with the Accounting and Distribution teams.
Key Responsibilities- Manage brand standards and ensure all materials are up-to-date.
- Create brand communications for the Field Sales team and provide updates on order status.
- Collaborate with the Sales Support Supervisor and Managers/Directors as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service support to the field sales team and resolve customer inquiries promptly.
- Liaise with Guest Worldwide Buyers and Manufacturers to resolve customer issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years' experience in Customer Service, Sales, or General Office preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and professional interactive skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team structure and manage complex projects autonomously.
- Familiarity with MS Windows and Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook) and Phocas, PeopleSoft, and Salesforce.com preferred.
