As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing, measuring, and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of services to external clients and stakeholders.

**Key Skills and Experience**

  • 8+ years of experience in the Open-Ended product sector, with a minimum of 3 years in operational leadership roles.
  • Proven leadership qualities, strong project management capability, and excellent numeracy, logical, and analytical approaches.
  • Strong technical knowledge of middle and back-office services and processes, including upstream and downstream processes and risks.
  • The ability to design new processes and conceptualize systems to support those processes.
  • Prior experience in liaising with internal and external clients under outsourcing arrangements.
