J.A.Z Recruitment is seeking an experienced E-commerce Administrator to join our team As a key member of our wine club operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless customer experiences and driving business growth.

Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our wine club administrative functions, including order processing, inventory management, and event planning.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detailed knowledge of e-commerce platforms and CRM systems is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records and databases, including membership information, orders, and payment details.
  • Coordinate logistics, including packaging and shipping of wine club products.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with the Direct to Consumer Manager to achieve business objectives.
  • Assist with regular inventory counts and stock management.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the wine industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Salary range: $55,000-$75,000 per annum.
