Debtor Clerk

You will be responsible for attending to customers via Whatsapp and e mail. Based on the product/service required by the customer you will need to update customer records on Googlesheets, Quickbooks and our Portal. You will also be required to attend to other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Your working hours will need to be flexible and include split shifts. Our hours of operation are 7 am to 11 pm 7 days a week. Month-end is our busiest time. A schedule of your working hours will be provided weekly.
You will need to be fluent in Afrikaans and English.
You will need to have your own internet mobile phone and PC.
You will need to have experience with QuickBooks or a similar accounting system.
You will be required to work from home and attend meetings as required ( probably monthly) in Franschhoek.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: R30.00 - R35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
