Job Responsibilities:- Proactive Fault Analysis
- Diligently monitor client requests or tickets to resolve technical incidents and problems efficiently.
- Ensure prompt logging of incidents with detailed information to facilitate swift resolution.
- Liaise with stakeholders to expedite diagnosis and identify effective solutions.
- Analyze first-line support calls, identifying root causes and implementing comprehensive resolutions.
- Coordinate product requests and collaborate with team members to guarantee timely repairs.
- Report and escalate issues to third-party vendors as necessary, maintaining open communication with clients.
- Provide regular feedback to clients and affected parties, updating systems and portals accordingly.
- Coordinated efforts with vendors to rapidly restore faults, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Update Account and Service Manager information, keeping clients informed on fault status.
- Organize conference calls between vendors and engineers to ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Support Netops and Service managers with special investigations, utilizing expertise to drive results.
- Prior experience in the telco industry (negotiable)
- CCNA certification or equivalent
- Vendor management expertise
- Cisco Certified Network Associate certifications (Routing and Switching, Wireless, Data Centre, Voice)
- Relevant ITIL certification
As an esteemed member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $90,000-$120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
