Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Merchandising Assistant to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining stock to be merchandised, drawing stock requirements, checking vintage and product quality on the shelf, and executing merchandising activities as per cycle brief. Additionally, the candidate will be required to feedback on customer complaints, communicate and upkeep knowledge of product and promotions, and effectively record merchandising activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must have completed their NCV L2-L4 Certificate in Management, Business Studies, or Office Administration. They should also be under the age of 28 years old and reside in Cape Town. A strong understanding of merchandising principles and practices is essential, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
