We are seeking a skilled Claims Negotiator to join our team at Headhunters. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing claims from inception to finalisation, ensuring that all claims are handled in accordance with company practices and policy wording.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Claims Management: Manage claims from inception to finalisation, ensuring that all claims are handled in accordance with company practices and policy wording.
  • Data Verification: Verify and analyse data used in settling claims to ensure that claims are valid and that settlements are made according to company practices and policy wording.
  • Claim Validation: Validate claims and premiums, appoint assessors and authorise or reject claims according to Policy Wording.
  • Communication: Ensure that all brokers are informed at all times and procedures followed as per Claims Handling Process.
  • Payment and Finalisation: Process payment of claim, finalising claim, estimate reviews and diary management.
  • Ad Hoc Claims Projects: Conduct Ad Hoc Claims projects on instruction from Management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in claims management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
