    • Analyze customer complaints and feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
  • System Administration:
    • Manage staff clocking, maintain Meat Matrix, and ensure the availability of physical security guards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Diploma or degree in Retail or Business, or related qualification.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of income statements, cash flows, and stock management reporting.
