Results-Driven Account Manager Lead

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager & Business Development Manager to join our team at BOSS Consult.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the automotive industry, with a strong background in software sales and negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategies to expand our customer base and drive new business opportunities in the automotive sector.
Present and sell automotive software solutions to clients, aligning with their business needs and negotiating contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize revenue.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure customer needs are met and stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts and reporting, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through regular engagement and support.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in account management and business development within the automotive industry.
Strong background in software sales, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand technical software solutions and effectively communicate their value.
Experience working with CRM tools and sales tracking software and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
