We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager & Business Development Manager to join our team at BOSS Consult.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the automotive industry, with a strong background in software sales and negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand our customer base and drive new business opportunities in the automotive sector.

  • Present and sell automotive software solutions to clients, aligning with their business needs and negotiating contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize revenue.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure customer needs are met and stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.

  • Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts and reporting, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through regular engagement and support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management and business development within the automotive industry.

  • Strong background in software sales, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to understand technical software solutions and effectively communicate their value.

  • Experience working with CRM tools and sales tracking software and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
