Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and network to develop new business opportunities
- Identify and engage high-potential clients in industries such as agriculture, chemicals, and food
- Maintain and nurture existing client accounts under management guidance
- Closing sales deals, negotiating pricing and terms, and meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and on-time delivery
- Gathering and sharing insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity
Requirements
- Proven experience in a proactive, hunter-style sales role, preferably within the packaging or FIBC industry
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to engage clients across various levels
- Ability to identify and close new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized
- Valid driver's license and own a reliable vehicle for client visits and travel (Travel reimbursements apply based on submitted trip reports)
- Remote work set-up with a willingness to travel regularly across assigned regions
- Professional conduct and appearance in line with industry standards
