Job Description

SA Metal Group (Pty) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Facilitator/Assessor/Moderator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver high-quality training programs to meet the needs of learners.
  • Assess and moderate training programs to ensure compliance with SA Metal and SAQA best practices.
  • Provide administrative support and assist with learner registration process.
  • Ensure that delegates understand assessment questions and how to complete the assessment.
  • Create and maintain a positive learning environment that stimulates learning and motivates delegates.
  • Adhere to all Occupational Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifying Criteria:
  • Grade 12 certificate
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Registered as Assessor and Moderator with TETA, CETA and HW SETA
  • Certified Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator with ETDP SETA
  • Fully knowledgeable on driven machinery regulations
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)
  • Computer literacy – proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint
